Jane Hollinshead is the Principal of IJD Consulting which provides strategic advice to businesses in the real estate sector. Her clients include British Land PLC, Savills PLC and the British Property Federation.  

Prior to founding IJD Consulting, Jane had a twenty-year career in the City as Head of the Real Estate Sector at law firm, Addleshaw Goddard where she was also a member of its UK Governance Board. She was one of the first partners there to work flexibly which she did for over fifteen years whilst advising some of the firm’s largest clients.

Jane is a Non-Executive Director of Notting Hill Genesis and a Board member of Pathways to Property, a project addressing the lack of social mobility within the real estate industry, supported by Reading University, the Sutton Trust and Henley Business School.
